the location near the beach was fine.
The staff drove buggies too fast on the walkways. they almost hit us SEVERAL times. the bathroom also had hair when we first checked in. I do NOT think it was properly cleaned.

superb location and great service
lush groundspolite staffvaried options
the resort has well kept grounds and a peaceful atmosphere. the staff was unfailingly polite and helpful. the breakfast buffet included a wide variety of options (especially the omelettes). mr vy, mr vu, and mr thi (the coconut man) were particularly helpful and friendly.
The hotel felt a bit dated. It may have been five stars many years ago.

The hotel has a well-kept beach area and a large pool. I noticed the grounds have lots of space and provide good privacy . there is also a spa with various treatments available. convenient happy hour specials by the beach. the hotel provides a free shuttle service to the ancient town.

the location is excellent, giving direct access to the beach and close proximity to local restaurants across the street. it's a peaceful escape, though a short distance from the main attractions (, made it easy to get around). i found the setting very convenient.

the room was spacious and well-kept, and waking up to the sea view was quite a treat. the rooms have all the standard amenities and the housekeeping staff maintained a high level of cleanliness throughout my stay. the beds were comfortable and provided excellent sleep quality.

a romantic escape by the sea

This resort was like a dream. the decor was indeed beautiful with so much attention to detail everywhere i looked. the breakfast buffet was amazing with endless choices each morning. our room was spacious. The lovely bathtub became our nightly ritual, it was so relaxing after a day in the sun.
I must say, i noticed the cleaning staff could use more training. there was hair in the bathroom upon arrival and dust lingered on some lamps. i think a more thorough cleaning process would greatly improve the overall experience . It would keep that idyllic experience consistently perfect.

our beautiful double room offered a sea view and provided two separate sinks. the room included a rainfall shower adding to the luxurious feel. the rocking chairs on the balcony were a very nice touch.

the resort is right on the beach, a few steps to the ocean. the hotel runs a shuttle bus three times a day making trips into town simple. the proximity to dining and recreational spots made exploration effortless.

The pool area includes lifeguards and a shaded section with sunbeds and towels provided for both beach and pool use. there is a gym, tennis court, and game room, offering diverse recreational options. activities were available throughout the week. This included lantern making.

the breakfast had a good quality. the hotel has beautiful gardens, a nice place to walk. the resort provided friendly staff, i did appreciate that.
the bathroom seemed old and very humid. the room we got was smaller than booked. cleaning was not done on the first day i stayed at this place.
